Agasti, LLC in Flemington, NJ, is hiring Cloud Engineers. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science principles and concepts, as well as experience with web services, cloud services, and related tools and technologies to perform the following duties: • Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing systems and processes supporting production and development environments, including servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud Services. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues or incidents affecting the availability, performance, or security of systems. • Implementing and automating best practices for system configuration, backup, recovery, patching, scaling, and security. • Designing and deploying new systems and processes to support business needs and requirements. • Collaborating with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support. • Documenting and updating system architecture, procedures, and policies. • Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in operations engineering. • Developing and deploying PowerShell scripting and automation of processes. • Working on Azure Virtual Desktop, other cloud services, Azure Image Builder, and other image customization tools. • Working on Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or any related field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s). In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or any related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s). Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following: • Azure Virtual Desktop. • Azure Image Builder. • Web Services. • API. • REST. • RPC. • DevOps methodology. • Agile project management. • Building pipelines and workflows using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. • At least one observability tool: Datadog, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus. • At least one configuration management tool: CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
